Obituary of Susanne Preble

Susanne Preble, 65, of Ivoryton passed away peacefully at Yale-New Haven Hospital on April 12th after a long and arduous battle with illness. Susanne leaves behind her loving husband of 38 years, Randy Preble and her three loving children Marianne, Edward, Kimberly, and husband Jesse. She also leaves behind her beautiful granddaughters Abby, Hailey, Madison, and Lily. She is survived by her brothers Bill Kinrade and Bill Waterman, sisters, Cynthia Budney and twin Marianne Whaples. She will deeply be missed by her sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Susanne will be joined once again with her predeceased parents Bill and Martha Kinrade and her predeceased grandson Anthony Camire Jr. Susanne was loved dearly by those she held close and many will remember her for her zest of life, infectious smile, and sense of humor. She was a devoted wife, mother, and nana. She deeply enjoyed the company of family and friends. She courageously fought through many battles with illness for 20 years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, from 5:00PM to 7:00 p.m. followed immediately by a Remembrance Service at the Robinson, Wright, and Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street in Centerbrook.
