Parker was a courtly gentlemen with a great sense of fun. In recent years, he loved to reminisce about his Friday commute to Lyme on the train to Old Saybrook with my dad. In the bar car, they would drink vodka and trade stories!
RIP... you will be missed at OLBC....

This is such a great picture of you Parker. What a life you had. So full of happiness & wonderful accomplishments. You & Sass created a wonderful family. It is clear your greatness has passed onto Botts, GoGo, Nanny Goat, Doodle, Wee, your In-laws and onto many generations to follow. You will be dearly missed by many family members and friends, but never forgotten Boom Boom. RIP my friend.

Uncle Parker was a big hearted, happy presence in my world growing up. Each summer at my grandparents, his fun loving ways embraced all of us cousins in his joyful world. Whenever Uncle Parker was around, life was more fun. I still treasure the photo where he is standing tall with a fishing rod in one hand and me upside down like a fish in the other. He is beaming happily, and so am I, a three year old delighted to be part of the prank!
My deepest sympathy to the many, many family and friends whose lives were made fuller and richer by his loving presence.

A great friend of mine and my dad. We all spent many memorable days afield which I will never forget. Great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. The last of the old-school Fairfield sportsmen, Parker was a true gentleman, family man and friend. He will be missed.
