I will truly miss "Eve-lyn" (English pronunciation) as the name I called her & she called me "Carlotta". I got to know her when she came to Florida (under duress) to spend the colder months with Dirk. Eve-lyn was just delightful & such fun we had. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing tales of her life & travels. It was not uncommon for her to spring into a few dance steps while telling a story. She had not come to Florida the past few years but we maintained a telephone relationship & she always had funny comments to make & enjoyed the people in her life. I especially admired Dirk for his caring & supportive attitude for his Mother-both were fortunate to have each other.
