Obituary of Geraldine Mae (Huber) Lynch
Geraldine Mae (Huber) Lynch (also known as Bunny), 82, formerly of Westbrook, died at Bay Vue Nursing Home in Bradenton Florida on January 27, 2019. Geraldine was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 19, 1936, daughter of the late William & Evelyn Huber. Wife of Raymond F. Lynch of Bradenton, Florida, beloved mother of Diane Lynch of Branford, William (Debbie) Lynch of Salem, Lorraine (Jeff) Snelgrove of Westbrook, Joanne Eschbach of East Lyme, Michael Lynch of Oakdale and the late Raymond F. Lynch Jr. of Westbrook. Geraldine is also survived by her grandchildren: Melanie, Erich, Jeremie, Jenna, Jamie, Christopher, Stephen, Thomas and the late Shawn Jurczyk. She is also survived by great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Dakota, Mackenzie, Jordyn, Riley, Raelynn, Brody, Lily and Emilia. Geraldine is also survived by Brothers and Sisters Betsy (William) McSweeney, Robert (Carol) Huber, Dennis Huber, Thais (Malcolm) Mooney, Ellen (Kenneth) Braley and the late William Richard Huber, Lynn Carter, Kathleen Pope. Geraldine was a member of the Red Hat Society in Bradenton, Florida and she loved to knit hats and mittens for all her grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mark the Evangelist Church, 222 McVeagh Road in Westbrook at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019. Burial will follow in the Centerbrook Cemetery, Westbrook Road in Centerbrook.
