Obituary of Jack Thomas Condulis

Jack Thomas Condulis, age 22, of Old Saybrook, CT and more recently of Tampa, FL passed away on March 2^nd, 2019. He was the beloved son of Nico and Katie Condulis, and beloved brother to James, Nicholas, and Juliette.  He was predeceased by all his grandparents but one, leaving behind a special grandmother, Alice, of Scottsdale, AZ.  Jack leaves behind many wonderful and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  He graduated from Old Saybrook High School in 2014 and furthered his education at Clemson University, SC.  Jack graduated from Clemson in 2018 with a BS degree in Construction Science and Management. He loved his fellow Clemson Tigers, especially his fraternity brothers of Alpha Gamma Rho.  Jack was employed at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Tampa as a Project Engineer until the time of his passing.  He quickly became an integral part of the managing team with his integrity, diligent work ethic and respect for his coworkers.  Jack enjoyed many things but his happiest times were with his family, whether at large celebrations, vacations, holiday gatherings or just being home with his sister and brothers.  Jack had a knack of making friendships wherever he was.  He was loved by friends for his humor, honesty, laugh, and loyalty, but mostly his overall wonderful, easy nature.  Jack had beautiful memories of the times he spent on the water with those who shared his passion for boating, hunting, and fishing.  He was a true outdoorsman.  Jack will be dearly missed by all those in his life but with God’s blessings, his memory will be eternal.  Visitation will be on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 from 2:00-6:00PM at the Kathleen E. Goodwin Elementary School, 80 Old Boston Post Rd, Old Saybrook, CT 06475. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 11th, 2019 at 11:00AM at Saint Sophia Hellenic Orthodox Church, 200 Hempstead Street, New London, CT, 06320.
