Obituary of Bill Vogell

Ralph Willliam Vogell, Jr., “Bill”, of Chester, CT passed away peacefully on April 26, 2019 after a long illness. He was born on June 19, 1941 in Orange, New Jersey to Ralph William Sr. and Dorothy Leigh Vogell. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey and was a U.S. Army Veteran. Bill was a lifetime New York Yankees fan and loved golf, having worked at a number of country clubs. A kind man, he possessed an engaging personality that brought him many friends over the years. He is survived by his brother, Frederick E. Vogell, his Sister-in-Law Constance J. Vogell, and his nieces Heather Stobbe and Alison Brakoniecki. A graveside service will be held in the Cypress Cemetery, Route 153, in Westbrook, Connecticut on Tuesday, April 30^th at 10:00 AM.
