I was one of Darlene's elementary school teachers. She kept in touch and would periodically stop in at Essex Elementary to pay me a visit. When I retired she stopped in with a bouquet of flowers. How sweet is that!
I will keep the family in my prayers. So sorry for your loss.

We just loved Darlene - how could you not? She was truly one-of-a-kind, so sweet and funny and most of all, BRAVE. Far too young to have had to go through all she was saddled with, but full of hope and determination. Godspeed, Darlene, from the Blair family. Lots of people will miss you.
