On Behalf of the Jim & Peg Kingston Family; We all had so much fun with Scott and all the Hogan family - So many summer marathon fantastic killer 'Set Back' games and such extreme fun decorating the various Charlie Brown Christmas Tree's on Platt Street - with so many shared laughs and story's Scott will never be gone from our memories and hearts. Scott had a wicked sense of humor with a great belly laugh that erupted and echoed...it continues...you will be greatly missed our life long friend!
Rest in Peace! Our love and deepest sympathy to all the Hogan clan!
Love, Margaret

Buzzy, Leigh, and Kelly,
It is with sadness that I read of Scott's passing. Please accept my condolences. Thinking of Scott brings back many fond memories from Saybrook when we were kids. I always looked forward to spending time at the beach next door to you. My brother Dave and I spent most of the time with Scott and Leigh. Scott was always great at leading an adventure in the boat, or driving his hearse, or getting into trouble with us. Leigh, remember the "bad crackers" which resulted in you and Scott carrying me home to grandma? All the good times at Duck Island... You guys were always good to us and I will always have a soft spot for Scott and Saybrook. May he rest in peach and I hope to reunite with him again someday.

I knew Scott for a short time in the 80’s and he was a fun loving funny guy to hang with. I have only great memories of the times we hung out. I’m sure he will be missed

Dear Buzz, Leigh and Kelly,
So very sorry for your loss of Scott. Lots of memories of him, particularly on the beach in Saybrook Manor, behind the bar whether it be his place or Brian and Marlene’s house, and captaining the boat out on the Sound. He’s now in good company with so many family and friends that have left us.
Sincerely,
Kathy Long
