Rest In Peace Uncle Leo! You leave behind a legacy of fond memories that we all will cherish. I remember watching in awe and enjoying your incredible horseshoe throwing skills at the Deep River Congregational Church grounds. I also fondly remember playing pool with you and my dad in your basement in Chester. You are a great man and will be sorely missed. God bless you Emma and your family. Steve and Deanna Pitts
R.I.P., Uncle Leo. Our prayers and thoughts are with Aunt Emmy and his entire family. I cherish the memories I have as a kid spending summers in Connecticut, visiting loved ones such as Uncle Leo. Grammy always referred to you as her baby brother♥️. She loved you very much and I know she will miss your visits before you became ill. Rest easy...

RIP, Uncle Leo. Or as I pronounced it as a kid, Uncle Lerow. I have many great memories of my trips to Connecticut as a kid, including visits to Leo and Emmy’s house where he taught me to appreciate the simple joy of picking a warm tomato off of the vine, sprinkling it with salt and eating it “just like an apple”.
To this day, I think of him every time I eat a fresh tomato! Thanks for the memories, Uncle Lerow!
