As a young engineering apprentice, I had the wonderful opportunity to work for Burton and Van Houten on North Main, working with Bob and the patient engineers who mentored me in the 60's. I recall the, professional character that Bob carried himself with and his helpful, patient guidance in starting my engineering career. I am very grateful for that experience.
