Obituary of Sandra June Wells

Sandra June Wells, 56, of Deep River, passed away January 28, 2015 unexpectedly at her home. She was born May 7, 1958 in Groton the daughter of Barbara (Maxwell) Wells of Chester and the late Harry Allen Wells. Sandra was a graduate of Valley Regional High School and a longtime employee of Silgan Plastics of Deep River. Besides her mother, Sandra is survived by her daughters, Karen, (Danny) Riley and Kelly Wells, her siblings, Diane Wells of Florida, Linda, (Mark) Campbell of Colorado, Susan, (Charles) Post of Montville, William Wells of Florida, and Lisa, (Evangelos) Stratidis of Essex, and her longtime companion, Patrick Dube of Deep River. She also leaves her three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Besides her father Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Guy Wells formerly of Old Saybrook. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street in Centerbrook. Burial will be privately held by her family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sandra's name to the Connecticut Humane Society, 169 Old Colchester Road, Quaker Hill, CT 06375.
