Dave was beloved by all his online buddies who talked to him several times a week. He was funny, caring, and very, very generous, especially in his interest in, and encouragement of other musicians. He is missed.
Davie OD… roar on with that mega golden tonsil voice..too many memories to count… Many songs written together… Many gigs played together… Many epic listening sessions..Many conversations into the wee hours… Many concerts attended together..One concert stands out amongst all the others when we went to Boston to go see Aerosmith and came home and drove in black ice .. in some big pimp Mobile filled to the brim with the notable crazies BJ Jason Johnny Sapega and a cast of others as we skated on home… Your way or the highway… fun filled beautiful moments in life… And many many arguments… Gigs in Daytona Beach…I will miss you my brother… As I sit here crying thinking of all of the beautiful memories… You are a legend… A towering figure… A brother.. A friend… A pain in the ass… A pirate…A softy at heart.. A slave to your craft… A perfectionist… A beautiful person… I knew as soon as I met you… We were going to be Friends for life… I will miss you… I’ve told you before and I’ll tell you again… You are a pain in the ass… But I fucking love you❤️
