I'll always remember Shirley as the Mom that would tolerate a bunch of teenage boys playing Led Zeppelin way too loud, hanging out in the basement Rec room a little too much, and always willing to listen if there was something troubling you.
She always had good advice, and I'm sure that she helped all of us be better people.
Shirley was the prime example of the "Neighborhood Mom" and I will always cherish the moments in my life that she was part of.
