Obituary of Holly Ann Prozesky
Holly Ann Prozesky passed away unexpectedly at the age of 29 on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021.
Holly was born on June 19th, 1992 in New Britain, CT. She graduated from Old Saybrook High School in 2010, where she flourished in her academics, track and field events, the clarinet and her friendships. She then moved onto college where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies at UConn in 2013 and continued to work diligently for her Master’s Degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of St. Joseph’s in 2015. Additionally she received her Board Certified Behavior Analyst license in June of 2020.
Holly loved to go on vacations with her friends and family to explore the world. Later on in her twenties she found a passion for kickball (even with broken bones, she couldn’t get enough) and she loved the time with her teammates. She left an amazing impression at several schools she worked at before she recently settled into a career as a BCBA at HARC, Inc. in Hartford, CT. Holly will be remembered for her intelligence, perseverance, kindness, and sense of humor.
Holly was an incredible daughter, older sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, friend and cat mom.
She is survived by her mother Amy Adams of Old Saybrook, CT; her father Keith Prozesky of Venice, FL; her sister Kate Prozesky of Sarasota, FL; her grandparents Gloria and Robert Veitch of Old Saybrook, CT ; and her beloved cat, Pippi.
She also leaves behind her uncle Matt Veitch of CT; her aunt and uncle Cathy and René Cyr of Quebec; her aunt Kerry Classic of CT, her best friend Danielle Bowen of MA, and so many beloved cousins.
She is predeceased by her grandparents Gordon and Mildred Prozesky of Quebec.
She will be missed forever.
A Celebration of Life for her friends and family will be held at a later time.
