Obituary of Christopher Scott Paduch

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Chris Paduch, 58 years old, of Haddam Neck, Connecticut. Christopher Scott Paduch was born in Meriden, Connecticut on November 11, 1963 to Christopher M. Paduch and Karol (Blumquist) Paduch and passed away unexpectedly on January 25, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife, Jill Peterson, his mother Karol, his two daughters Sara Diaz(Peter Jr.), and Michaela Paduch, along with his step-children Nicoletta Murphy (Evan) and John Amendola (Jordan), and three grandsons Rylan, John, and Easton. All who knew Chris would describe him as kind, generous, witty, and proud of his family. Chris made everyone feel special, loved, and important. He cherished celebrating Shark Fest and Christmas with his family. He loved his animals, Star Wars, Nascar, and New England sports. He always regretted giving up on his career in music and never hosting game shows. He’s been a friend of Bill for 22 years. In March 2020 Chris battled and proudly survived a Covid-19 diagnosis, followed by a long recovery. He was a loyal son, father, husband, grandfather, and friend and will be missed by all. Visitation for Chris will be held at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St Centerbrook on Sunday from 5-7pm. Followed by prayer service at 7pm. Interment will be private. All visitors will be required to wear a mask. Charitable donations in Chris’s name may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
