To the Fortier Family
We are so sorry for your loss. Please know our love and support is with you.
What a BEAUTIFUL obituary in memory of Ray. It perfectly described Ray. He had a kind heart and his love for his family was very evident. Ray was a hard worker, getting up in the wee hours of the morning, putting in long hard hours in heat and cold to provide for his family and to complete the job. I don’t think Ray ever missed a day of work. We would smile and call Ray the “Ever Ready Bunny”. He was tireless, many days working through lunch. Indeed, his work ethics were sterling. He was a gem.
We know you will all miss your dad and grandfather immensely. You have a lifetime of fond memories to reflect on. At first they may bring tears to your eyes but as time passes they will be sweet and tender stories to relate to your families.
Rely on prayer to help you through your sorrow. May you find comfort in the thought at 2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4 “Blessed be…the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulations.”
With caring hearts and love,
Uncle Bill and Aunt Judie
