Obituary of Mary Lancaster

Mary Ellen "Marie"(Jenkins) Lancaster, 99, passed away March 12, 2015. She was born on August 10, 2015 in East Lyme, CT. Marie graduated from the former Chapman Tech High School in New London and spent her adult life in Bridgeport and Shelton. She retired from Avco Lycoming in Stratford. Marie is survived by her daughter, Gail Koos Antoniac (Robert) of Old Saybrook, her grandchildren, Sherry Karetnick and Robert Antoniac, Jr., three great grandchildren, Jeffrey and Morgan Karetnick, and Kendall Antoniac, her brother Gordon Ely, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Ellen (Richards) Jenkins, her son, William Koos, brothers Richard and Lester Jenkins; Theodore, Edwin, Keith, Joseph and Robert Ely, and sister, Annie Jenkins Han. Friends and family are invited to Marie's Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 10:00am at St. John Church, 161 Main St.,Old Saybrook.
