Our sincere condolences to the entire Anderson family. We will forever miss Dr. Anderson’s big waves when he would drive pass the house or somewhere in the neighborhood. He was an amazing neighbor!
Warmest Regards,
CourtneyRose O’Neil (On behalf of the O’Neil family on Ward Place)

At 16 I was fortunate to become one of Andy’s first patients when he established his practice in Saybrook. I (and my family) remained with him until his retirement. He was a caring and conscientious professional. On a different note because I live near Black Hall Andy would often zip past me as I was walking my dog. A hand would wave out an open car window and a booming voice would call hello. I knew who it was. He will be missed. I am sorry for your loss. Judy McCarthy

Andy could always be counted on to play with the Wing Ding golf group at Black Hall golf club every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of each week. He is surely going to be missed by our group.

Sending sincere condolences to all of Andy's family. I recently had the pleasure of talking with Sara at Mirsina's and asked her about her grandfather.
I met Andy when I was the recording secretary for the Old Saybrook Board if Education and fondly recall his dedication to the students and the Town of Old Saybrook. Andy made an impression on me by voicing his opinion even when he knew it would meet with opposition! Thank you, Andy, for being who you were.

Andy was one of the most kind-hearted and caring people that my family has ever met, and we were so fortunate to have him as a neighbor. He would often secretly stack my mom's firewood so that she wouldn't have to worry about it when she got home from work, and he would never expect anything in return. Andy just loved to see other people happy, always such a caring man with a big heart. I moved away from Old Saybrook in 2015, but whenever I visited my mom, he would always ask how I am doing. When my mom broke her hip last year, Andy and his family were the first to offer help and I am forever grateful. Thinking of the Anderson family during this difficult time.

We loved our Uncle Albert, and our Aunt Judy. Two of the best people you will ever meet. Uncle Albert was a friend to all, a caring practitioner, and a rock solid mentor. Our family looked up to him our entire lives. We will miss them dearly. Our best wishes to his family and grandchildren all. I so admired him that when it came time to join the military, I turned to the Navy. Fair winds and following seas, skipper.
