Obituary of Richard Leon Daniels

Richard Leon Daniels Jr., 57, of Niantic passed away at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in New London on May 8, 2015. He was born in New London on February 24th, 1958, the son of Richard L. Daniels Sr. and Sandra (Clark) Daniels. Rick was a commercial fisherman in the area for many years. He is survived by his mother, Sandra A. Daniels of Centerbrook, his three daughters, Jennifer Furlow and Heather Daniels, both of Chester, NH., and Christine Clark of Hope Mills, NC., and his long time companion, Janice L. Clark. Rick is predeceased by his father, Richard Sr. and late brother, Donald Daniels. Visitation will be held at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street in Centerbrook on Friday May 15th from 5-7PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 16th at 10:30AM at the Riverside Cemetery in Old Saybrook.
