To the Family of Bruce. I met Bruce through my work, Duplex Products Inc, many years ago. We instantly clicked and developed a friendship that transcended a work relationship. He was friendly, fair and great to work with. I just recently learned of his passing and wanted to pass on my condolences to the Family. May the Peace of God comfort you.

Bruce was one of the good guys. I only knew him for a short period of time but we connected through our passion for riding motorcycles. He was the kind of person who made you feel like you belonged. The last few rallies I attended he was there go greet me with a smile and a big bear hug. He was a gentleman. We were riding the Big Sky - Working on the Rail Road Rally together out of Montana last week and he waited for me to get settled and unpacked so I wouldn't go to the pig roast alone. We almost missed the food. He just laughed and said there will be other meals. I was so nervous for the rally but Bruce's calm and laid back ways made me feel better. He was a kind and caring soul. My memory will forever be of us parked next to each other the morning of the rally. Bruce was giddy and excited and ready to roll. It was contagious. Just as they gave us the signal to roll out he smiled, waved and said "have fun kiddo". I thought about him during my ride, wondering how he was doing with his route. Little did I know until many hours later that his ride had ended. I know he is riding the open road, smiling and watching over his family and his riding friend. I consider myself blessed and fortunate to have been a small part of Bruce's life. My most sincere condolences to his family. I wish for peace and comfort in good memories and knowing he was loved by many. I will miss you Bruce. Thanks for being who you were - one of the good guys.

My condolences to all of Bruce's family. Bruce was a bright light in all of our lives that was snuffed out way too early. He will be missed and remembered for his big smile and even bigger laugh and heart. Our camping trips will never be the same, but you can count on them being filled with stories of him....God Bless

I am so sorry to hear about Bruce passing away. I am a neighbor and friend from while we were growing up on the farms with our parents way back in the 60's. Bruce & I were very good friends, always confided in each other about issues that teenagers have. Through the years, we had lost touch but I thought about him often. I especially remember how Bruce & I used to irritate my Aunt by constantly staying the phone and she couldn't use it. That was when we still party lines, so that was a long time ago. We shared a lot of good laughs and times. My condolences to the family and friends of Bruce. Sincerely, Erma Strenke - God's Blessings and Peace to all of you.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of a friend and former co-worker at DST. Bruce was a hard working and fun loving man, who always took the time to share his laughter and stories with others. He was a great golfer and loved to make people laugh...He took the time to educate his peers and always tried to bring out the best in others. Our sympathies to the entire family, and he will be missed.

Necia, I can't tell you how sorry I am. I've worked with Bruce for 20 years and considered him a good friend. Loved listening to all his stories about his bike travels or where ever he went. He truly enjoyed life. I know how close the two of you were. You had a very special bond not many people have. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I will truly miss him. Bruce definitely left his imprint in our hearts.

Bruce and I first met a few years ago when a group of us rode for some BBQ, then continued to see each other at the various LD rallies. I'll miss that smile and sense of humor. I'll never forget the time he tried to convince me that riding to Nova Scotia during one of the rallies was a good idea. Ride in Peace Bruce!!

Bruce and I met at one of the many motorcycle endurance rallies on the east coast a few years ago and we became fast friends. We've roomed together, rallied together, and visited all sorts of places in our many two-wheeled adventures. I'll miss his humor, that cheeky grin, the "old" wisdom underscored by mischievous glee, and the breadth of the love he had for all he cared about. I love and miss our Bruce very dearly.

I've known Bruce all his life. Not many friendships last that long, but our's did. Even though he moved to Connecticut we stayed in touch and he often visited. We rode cycles together and although I've ridden longer than Bruce, his interest was much more intense, he loved it. Although I will really miss him, he died doing what he loved to do. The only thing he loved more was his family. Our deepest sympathies go out to them.

Our hearts are broken for Bruce's whole family--those in Connecticut and those in Wisconsin, as well as his family of bike riders. Life is often not fair or understandable. We have to soothe ourselves with memories and lessons we've learned from those who have gone before us. We're thinking of Bruce's smile and the nice day we had with him recently at a family party. Love to all, Mike and Lorraine

Bruce and I met in 2012, and in those few years became friends through a large community of long-distance motorcyclists. We got to be more than passing acquaintances, having shared a few hotel rooms during long trips (Yay! A snoring contest!), and I will miss his easy-going manner and dry humor.
