Beth, We have just retuned home from attending Dennis's beautiful memorial service, and I felt compelled to write to you. Our two sons, Trenten (age 25) and Dillon (a senior at Valley ) are older than your two sons, so the Rodriguez and Ensinger families have had little opportunity to run within the same circles. However, after hearing your story and the stories told by Dennis's family and friends, I wish I had known your husband. He seemed like a force- a positive force to be reckoned with. I left the service feeling as though I have missed an opportunity to know someone really wonderful. My heart is heavy for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family. It's clearly evident that you have a strong support system and I hope you continue lean on them as much as you need to in the days, weeks, months , years ahead.
with kindest regards
Chris Rodriguez

Bess Cade & Cole,
As I read through everybody's memories of your father I see that he remained the same energetic, athletic, funny, and intelligent man that I remember growing up with. These wonderful qualities he possessed, I'm awed to see, he passed on to the many lives that he helped mold. I'll never forget the love and admiration of which he had for you Bess. When you first started dating, Dennis would always speak so reverently of you and was fearful of ever disappointing you. God bless you my friend, you will be missed Denny.

Dear mr.ensingers family
Im soo sorry about your loss, mr. Ensinger was a great, no the best teacher in my opinion he was always fair, kind, and he always knew how to make us laugh. I was very surprised when they told us about his passing. And I couldn't sleep because I started thinking about it and started crying, enough about me. I know he will be missed here and I know we wont forget about him. he was awesome if you asked people what they thought about him they wouldn't say anything bad about him because we love him and we care about him. Honestly I was surprised to see people who dont normally cry, cry. I Will never forget the funny kid impersonations like when he would make a high pitched voice refusing to cooperate with the teacher "no I dont wanna!" Or when he did the softball/wiffleball throwing demonstration and he purposely would throw a very short throw by not fully extending his arm like he should have and make a dramatic noise like the ball was the heaviest thing in the world. And im know other people will remember those funny memories we've had with him. I really wish it was a medical mistake and he wasn't really gone I just can't get it through my head, I don't know why but I just can't accept it, I just feel like he's going to come in tomorrow like nothing happened. I miss him, people at school miss him. We love him! And that wont change

I first want to give my blessings to the family and friends of Mr. Ensinger. I was a student of his for 2 years and part of the first TEMS Basketball Team assembled in 2002-2003. Mr. Ensinger believed in me and cared for me as if I was one of his own. I had no father figure growing up and I loved the game of basketball and he was the one to give me the confidence I needed to be a good player and helped me gain the passion and love I needed to excel in the game. On the court he pushed me to get the best out of me and molded me to be a great leader and better player. He kept my head in the books and anytime I needed someone to vent to he was available. It was our love for sports that brought us closer and with our relationship growing Mr. Ensinger also guided me to become a great overall individual. I was never able to share with him all that he meant to me and I wish it could have been on different circumstances, but I know he got this message. Until we meet again, Much Love and Respect
Rest In Peace Mr. E

Dear Bess, Cole, Cade,
I continue to hold you all in my thoughts and prayers. September 11th will now have a very new and poignant memory for you... I hope that those memories will remind you of what a great Husband and Dad Dennis was :) I also have a good memory of Dennis that I will share with you later :)

So sorry to hear about Dennis. Many fond memories of growing up together into our adulthood.
Rest in peace and my prayers go out to his family.
