Obituary of Jeffrey Paul Ziobron

Jeffrey Paul Ziobron, age 60, a life long resident of Deep River passed away on November 28, 2015. He was the beloved father of Pauline Harris of Deep River. He was born in Middletown July 30, 1955 the son of Paul Peter Ziobron and Charlotte Katherine (Trojan) Ziobron. Jeff proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1984.He worked for many years at EMI Inc. in Clinton as an assembler. Jeff was an outdoorsman who loved being in the wilderness. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Ivoryton Fish and Game Club and the National Rifle Association. Jeff will be forever remembered as a loving father, grandfather and son. He will truly be missed by his family. Besides his daughter he leaves his son-in-law, Craig Harris and grandchildren, Joshua Yumbla and Jordyn Harris. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2:00PM at the First Congregational Church of Deep River, 1 Church Street in Deep River. The Rendering of Full Military Honors will follow the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jeffrey's name to the Joshua Yumbla and Jordyn Harris Educational Fund, c/o Pauline Harris, 171 Cedar Swamp Road, Deep River, CT 06417.
