Obituary of Barbara Ann Lord

Barbara Ann (Habrukovich) Lord, 65, died July 6, 2016 at Westside Care Center in Manchester after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul M. Lord who died in 2004. Barbara was born in Waterbury, daughter of the late William A. and Julia (Shkimba) Habrukovich. She loved to travel staying in Bed & Breakfasts, she also loved her parrots. Barbara received her Bachelors degree from Southern CT State University and her Masters degree in German from Brown University. Barbara is survived by several cousins. Graveside services will be held at Cypress Cemetery in Westbrook on Thursday, July 14th at 11am. Arrangements by Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, Centerbrook.
