Sally looks so beautiful in this picture, as she did the last time I saw her. Sass beamed with pride and dignity to the very end. As sally's caregiver we became best of friends. We shared many stories of our families. It was obvious Sass devoted her life to Parker, her girls and all of the extended family. I was and always will be amazed at her keen mind, and a memory that just wouldn't quit. I have no doubt if it wasn't for the disease that took away her mobility, Sass would still be spending time at the beach club with family and friends. I think of Boom & Sass often, as I know many do. At first my heart fills with sorrow and my eyes with tears. I remember the great life Boom Boom and Sass had together. The amazing family they created. I remember them kissing each other's hand with three little pecks each. For me this helps change the tears to a smile. My condolences to the whole Handy family. I have had the privilege to meet and come to know many of you. Also to all the dear friends for the loss of two amazing people. I Miss them very much. RIP together Boom Boom & Sass. Your caregiver but most importantly your friend.
