Dear Rinek family, My name is Verna Swann from Niantic Community Church. Both your parents were great friends. I kept in touch with Lynn after her move to Essex and had lunch with her a few times. We have many memories of Lynn and Larry from their time at Niantic Community Church. She was truly a gracious, talented and delightful woman. I honor her memory. My Aunt Lynn was a gracious and inspiring gentlewoman who opened her arms and doors in the most generous way. Her footprints on the earth have made the way for a lovingly inspired family to happily follow; her example has touched the lives and taught the hearts of many. She and my dear Uncle Larry were a well matched pair who always made sure we knew we were cherished. I have such fond memories of the Niantic area in summer; times spent playing with cousins; Uncle Larry teaching me how to ride a bike while Aunt Lynn was in the kitchen baking cookies, with all of the cousins cheering us on. "Aunt Lynn" and "Great Family" have always been synonymous to me. May God allow her to forever rest in peace, and may all of the family celebrate a life lived well! May God Bless you all! Charles D. I am hoping so much that my message reaches Lynn's family, as I have no addresses for you. Lynn and I became friends when she was a member at Niantic Community Church. Of course, I also knew dear Larry. She was a dear, bright, intelligent, gentle lady. I loved and admired her. For a while, I was her "secret pal," and often sent gifts and cards on the sly. It was great fun to finally announce myself! She will always be an inspiration to me. She stayed active and interested in life, even into her later years. I am so sorry that we lost touch these past few years. Sorry for me! Please know that she was loved and admired by so many here in Niantic. You had a great mom!

It was very sad to learn of Lynn's death. Larry and Lynn were dear friends from Niantic Community Church. Our prayers are with Lynn's family and we know you have many wonderful memories to keep her alive in your hearts.
