Very sad to hear of Elsie's passing. If there was ever a salt-of-the-earth example! How lucky our town was to have her, not just as a resident, but someone who took pride in civic service. I worked with Elsie for 10 years and got to know her as a friend. I always looked forward to seeing her and we'd kid each other like crazy. A life well lived, Elsie. Condolences from our family to yours.
