Obituary of Lester John Kraaz

Lester J. Kraaz, Jr., age 78, died Friday October 21, 2016 at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH after a period of declining health. He was born on March 4, 1938 in Centerbrook, CT, the son of Lester J. Kraaz, Sr. and Irene Comstock of Centerbrook, CT. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Army, a veteran of the Vietnam War 1967-1968. He is survived by his sister Carol Hale of CT, daughter Rachel Bone (Dorrie Kraaz) of Raymond, NH, granddaughters, Jennifer Daniels of Manchester, NH and Heather Daniels of Chester, NH, eight great-grandchildren, four nephews and two nieces. He was predeceased by sisters, Dorothy Rideout and Shirley Gada, both of CT. There will be a private family graveside service with the rendering of Full Military Honors in the Centerbrook Cemetery in Centerbrook, CT.
