I had the opportunity to know Bob Athay and his wife Helen for my entire childhood, growing up in the LDS church in Rhode Island. He was the person that married myself and my ex-wife. He is a great person that will be missed.

My condolences to all of the family. Bob's kindness and generosity were remarkable. I will always fondly remember sailing the Bay and the Sakonnet River with he and Helen and Alyce and Bill.
