Obituary of Robert Pieter Klomp

Robert P. Klomp, 71, a longtime resident of Chester and practicing Attorney, died at Apple Rehabilitation in Old Saybrook on February 9th after a long illness. He is survived by his siblings, Nancy and her husband Harry Greaves, and Rebecca and her husband Gary Riggio, three nieces and five grandnieces and nephews; Betsy Rumplik, Johanna and James Coburn and their two children, Jan and Joanne Klomp and their two children. A memorial service will be held at The United Church of Chester, 29 Main Street on March 25th at 11:00AM. Burial will be private. Donations in Roberts name may be made to the Estuary Council of Seniors/Meals on Wheels Program, 220 Main Street, Old Saybrook, CT., 06475.
