Obituary of Helen A. Carrier

Helen A. (Peterson) Carrier, age 90, of Chester passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Aaron Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Chester surrounded by her loving family. Helen was the wife of the late Laurent P. Carrier who pre-deceased her on May 26, 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Paula A. DeLorenze and her husband Richard of Deep River and their daughter, Maryann (Messina) Mackin and her husband Brad and their daughters, Lauren and Abigale, her son Walter Lewis, Jr. and his wife Carol of Clinton, daughters, Irene Voelkel of Westbrook and Kathy Pinkerton and her husband, Irving, of South Carolina, her 11 beloved grandchildren and 17 beloved great-grandchildren. Helen also leaves her two loved step-sons, Ronald and Daniel Carrier and her sweet angel, Camille Torres who she dearly loved. Helen was pre-deceased by her beloved daughter, Diane and her precious little grandson, Charles "Chuckie". Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street in Centerbrook. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10:00AM at All Saints Episcopal Church, 129 Main Street in Ivoryton. Burial will follow in the Cypress Cemetery in Westbrook.
