Obituary of Philip Burzin

Philip Burzin, 91 of Madison, formerly of Brooklyn, New York passed away on April 5, 2017 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was born in Manhattan, NY on March 24, 1926, Philip was a proud Husband, Father, Grandfather, Uncle and World War II Veteran. He was predeceased by his wife Sondra as well as his treasured daughter, Carol Burzin. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Jeffrey and Karen Burzin of Ivoryton and their three children Sarah, Amy and Katie Burzin. Philip also leaves behind his longtime companion Susan Gilbert of Las Vegas, NV with whom he shared many memories, treasured experiences and much love. Chapel service will be held on Friday, April 7th at 10am from the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St. Centerbrook. Interment to follow at Beth Moses Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY at 2pm.
