Bill was a class act--no further evidence is needed beyond the "spread goodwill in lieu of flowers" request. It exemplifies him and his outlook. As a fellow Library Fellow, his influence on the organization and the seaport itself is deep and wide. He was a tireless supporter of the institution, and many individuals. He'll be sorely missed.
