Obituary of Pauline Everett
Pauline (Wright) Everett of Killingworth passed away Saturday, the 7th of October 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was married to the love of her life, William Everett Sr. for nearly 64 years. Pauline was born in Chester, Connecticut to Ruth Atwood and Densmore Wright where she married and raised her five children. She is predeceased by her mother, father and brother Bob. During Pauline's time in Chester she raised five wonderful children, was co-owner with her husband Bill of Style-Rite Woodcraft and served as a member of the Board of Finance. Upon their retirement in the late 80's they moved to a lake house in New Limerick, Maine. They spent nearly thirty loving years enjoying nature, the lake and making many friends. One highlight of their retirement was several cross-country camping trips through Canada, Alaska and many portions of The United States. Pauline felt her greatest accomplishment in life was raising her five children and instilling in them a strong sense of family values. She could often be heard saying, "You can't beat family". She is survived by her husband Bill, and her children, Bill Jr. and Dana Everett of Chester, Steve and Marilynn Everett of Killingworth, Lorrie and Rick Morrow Jr. of Chester, Rory (Butch) and Mary Everett of Middletown, Mitch and Chris Everett of Chester, and grandchildren Will (Billy) Everett III, Steve Everett Jr., Kelly Everett, Krista Farrell, Shana Monks, Alan Everett, and 11 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12th from 5:00PM to 6:00PM at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street in Centerbrook.
