Elaine, Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your sister. Geri's friendship from 7th grade onward was of immeasurable importance to me. Even then she was 'whip smart', intellectually ahead of her time, curious, analytical, talented, funny with a sense of irony and most of all a loyal, devoted and trustworthy friend and human being. She had the most beautiful, brilliant smile which invited those awake enough to see her light. Not seeing her these past years is one of life's biggest regrets and to say how sorry I am that I can no longer make that happen is one of the world's greatest understatements. Seriously....You are in my thoughts and prayers.
