Dear Family of Patrick Tedesco, Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences on the passing of my good friend`, Patrick. I enjoyed many hours visiting with him. He had a great sense of humor and a quick wit. We covered a wide range of subjects and was a great person to visit. I will miss him very much and know that he resides with his God in heaven. Pat was a great guy with a good sense of humor! One of my favorite stories was from a few years ago when I took my sons to meet Pat while we were visiting CT. My son Keith is an opera singer and Pat convinced him to sing an aria for him. Pat wanted to share the picture of one of his female relatives in Italy who was also an opera singer. He had it in an 8 X 10 frame in his living room and had Keith take the back off the frame. There was another person's picture facing out. There were at lease 6 or 7 pictures underneath the one facing out, and Pat had Keith pull them out one at a time until he found the one of his opera relative! When he did, Pat asked him to then move that one to the front of the frame, and put the rest behind and reassemble the frame!

We were so saddened to hear of Pat's passing. Strick had him as one of his teachers in the Essex Elementary School. We also would have a good laugh with him when we ran into him. We will miss seeing his smiling face. Donna & Strick Hyde

I was thinking of Pat recently and wondering about him. It was by chance I was reading the notices and saw his name. I taught with Pat in Lyme in the mid '60's and enjoyed his sense of humor. He was a fashionable dresser then, too. May you rest in peace,Pat.

Pat was a treasure of Essex from the days when Essex was a small self sustaining town. There was 2 grocery stores, 3 clothing stores and 2 hardware stores. Pat could be found at either Camps or Riverside Hardware. Hi quick laugh and suspicious greeting with arched eyebrow made you know he was your friend. As a paper customer back in the 60's he was one of my favorites. I am better for having known him. Rest well my neighbor
