Obituary of Margareta Johansson

Margareta Johansson, 71 of Ivoryton and formerly of Nacka, Sweden passed away at her home in Ivoryton on Friday, April 29, 2011. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 30 years, Goran and is survived by her daughter, Agata Partyka and her husband Rob of Deep River as well as her three grandchildren, Oskar, Hanna and Simon Partyka. Mrs. Johansson was born on July 30, 1939 in Warsaw, Poland. She immigrated to Sweden in her twenties where she studied to become a dentist. In March of 1977, she and her husband moved to the United States, settling in Connecticut where they opened and successfully ran Three Crown Dental Lab in Old Saybrook. She will be missed by family, friends, and colleagues. Visiting hours will be held at Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St., Centerbrook on Thursday, May 5th from 5-7pm. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Main St. Ivoryton on Friday 11am. Interment will be private.
