Obituary of Nicholas Wallace Ramcke

Nicholas W. Ramcke, 18, of Chester, died unexpectedly at his home Friday morning April 8, 2011. Nicholas was born at Yale New Haven, he was a member of the 2010 graduating class of Valley Regional High School where he was a varsity soccer player and an avid photographer. Since graduation, he was employed as a manager at Deep River Pizza. Nicholas is survived by his mother Heidi (Ishman) Ramcke, and fiancé David Michaud of Chester, his father Bill Ramcke and his wife Kimberly Ramcke of Deep River, brothers Billy, Matthew, and Kaiden Ramcke, sisters Linda and Makenzie Ramcke and Grace Ishman, grandfather William Ramcke of Deep River, maternal great-grandmother Doris Stawski of Middletown, paternal great-grandmother Edith Swain of Russellville, Ark., as well as many aunts: Melissa Figuenick, Heather Pavone, Donna Frei, and Sandi Phinney. Uncles: Daniel Ramcke, Michael Ramcke and many, many cousins! A funeral service was celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Deep River Congregational Church in Deep River.
