Dear Noreen and family and Kenneth and family, we were sad to hear of Norm's passing. He was always full of fun and cheerful. Though we only saw him at family occasions, we have a visible reminder of his excellent upholstery in a chair we inherited from Joan's mother.

What can I say about the man who taught me everything from baseball and golf to how to tie springs. I cherish the time I had with him sitting on the deck, playing cribbage and having a martini with him. In his own words "We're here because we're not all there." I'll miss you Dad.

When I met Norm for the first time, I suddenly understood where Noreen and Kenneth got their wonderful sense of humor and exceedingly kind hearts. I know he will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ginny

Thanks for being the best Dad ever! We had our differences but I was told it was because we were so much alike! So blessed to have had a spectacular year with you after Jackie passed. We missed her dearly but it was an immense time of healing for us and I will cherish it always. I miss you so much already! xoxoxox

Had known Norm Picard since 1976. Although technically one could say Norm was my ex- father in law, have always considered him and the entire Picard family as mine. Norm was the most unassuming and non-judgemental person I'd ever known. While he always exhibited a "care free" attitude, Norm cared deeply about his family, expecially Noreen and Kenneth, as he would drop anything to be there for them. Also, Norm had an intrinsic passion for sports and was greatly admired & respected in the Norwich Connecticut Little and Youth baseball leagues. Fond memories of Mr. Norman Picard WILL ALWAYS be cherished.
