Obituary of Gloria N Twomey

Gloria (Nettleton) Twomey, 86 , of Chester died on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Chesterfield’s Healthcare Center in Chester. Gloria was born in Middletown, daughter of the late Warren & Mildred (Coles) Nettleton, grew up in Middlefield and lived the past 40 years in Chester. Gloria was a partner with her son Paul in Sage Auction Galleries in Chester until her retirement. She is survived by her sons Newell Sage and his wife Marlene and Paul Sage and his wife Elderia both of Chester, her grandchildren Mechelle Adams of Denver, CO, Nathan Sage of Hanoi, Vietnam, Lucy Abbott of Old Saybrook, Amy deMik of Tulsa, OK. as well as nine great grandchildren. Gloria was predeceased by her daughter Eelise Twomey. Gloria’s family would like to thank the staff at Chesterfield’s for their compassionate care. Services and interment will private.
