Obituary of Kenneth C. Argersinger

Kenneth C. Argersinger, 67 of Deep River Ct, died peacefully Thursday, June 2nd. He was the beloved husband of Mary-Ellen Argersinger for 47 years. He was born in Gloversville New York on November 27, 1943. Following graduation from high school in 1962, he served his country in the US Navy and the Vietnam War Upon the completion of his Military service he became a member of the Steam Fitters Local 777. He worked as a welder/steamfitter for CN Flagg Corporation retiring from Tucker Mechanical Corporation in 2008. An active member of the community, he served on the Deep River board of Parks and Recreation, a member of the Deep River fife and drum corps, and coached little league for several years. Ken left behind his loving wife Mary-Ellen, son Jeffrey of Deep River, and loving granddaughter Shelby. He was predeceased by his son Jason of Chester. Ken also left behind his faithful companion, a yellow Labrador retriever Niki. All services will be held at the Deep River Congregational Church. Calling hours will be Monday June 6th from 5-8 pm. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 7th at 11am. A reception will immediately follow the memorial service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Deep River Congregational Church.
