Obituary of Vivian E. Gustafson

Vivian E. Gustafson, 91, of Beaver Falls, PA, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011, at the Good Samaritan Hospice House, in Wexford, PA. She was born September 30, 1919, in Deep River, and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mildred Watrous Carlson. Vivian had been a resident of Chippewa, PA for the past 20 years and was a long time resident of Essex. She was a member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church. Vivian is survived by her husband, Robert W. Gustafson; two sons, Jeffrey A. and wife, Pamela J. Wilbur of Brighton Township, PA and Charles and wife, Lorraine Wilbur, of Ellington; a daughter, Billie Howard of Hamilton, OH; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward and wife, Dorothy Carlson of North Stonington and a sister, Gertrude Peterson, of East Lyme. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Beth and a sister, Eleanor Carlson. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday June 28 th at 11:00 am at the Centerbrook Cemetery, Westbrook Road in Centerbrook.
