I was so sad to hear of the passing of Mrs. O'Leary, some of my fondest memories growing up are of that street called "oakridge" and the entire O'Leary family. Mrs O'Leary always made me feel welcome sitting at the big dinner table looking out at the sound and watching red sox baseball with Mr. O'Leary and talking current events and eating hot dogs on a early summer evening. Upon the sudden loss of my own mom all those years ago I'll always remember how Mrs and Mr. O'leary always made sure to include me on those sailing days trips and beyond. Though she did not go with us , Mrs. O'Leary was always ready too hear the tales form the days sailig adventures!
I can still see my mom and Mrs O'leary , sitting in their sand chairs at the waters edge, at "little beach", while we kids did who knows what , on those golden summer afternoons all those years ago. These are great memories , and having the O'Learys as neighbors and friends make them even more special.
Sincerely, Christopher Silvestri
