Obituary of Jennie Bombaci Cutone

Jennie (Bombaci) Cutone, 97, a lifelong resident of Essex died at her home on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Jerome F. Cutone who passed away in 2009. Jennie was born in Essex , daughter of the late John & Lavinia (DeStefano) Bombaci. She owned and ran a farm stand on Rt154 for many years in the 1950's and early 1960's she went on to work at the Lee Company for ten years before her retirement, she was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows Church and an accomplished seamstress. She is survived by her son Tony Cutone of Essex and her brother Thomas G. Bombaci of Manson, Washington. In addition to her husband, Jennie is predeceased by her brothers Anthony, Santo, Joseph and Victor and her sister Marie Bonanno. A Mass of Christian Burial will held at Our Lady of Sorrow Church, Prospect St, Essex on Thursday at 10am. Interment will follow at Centerbrook Cemetery.
