Obituary of Charles L. Miiller

Charles L. Miller, Jr., age 47 of Haddam, passed away on Tuesday afternoon December 11th at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven. He was the beloved husband of Salli (Desnoyers) Miller. Charles and Salli were married in Deep River at the First Congregational Church on June 28, 1997. Charles was born in Arlington, Texas on August 7, 1965 the son of the late Charles L. Miller and Beauton (Rains) Miller of Arlington, Texas. He was a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington receiving his Bachelors Degree in communications. He has been a resident of Haddam for the past 10 years. Charles was a computer analyst at CSC in East Hartford where he had worked for the past 20 years. He loved music and loved time spent with his family especially attending all of his son Noah's many activities. Charles was a member of Saint John's Episcopal Church in Essex. He will be greatly missed by his family and his devoted companion Frodo. Besides his beloved wife, loving son, and his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Kathy Sunna, of Dallas, TX, Linda Austin, of Newport, ME, and Trudy Miller, of Arlington, TX. A memorial service will be held this morning (Dec.14th) at 10:00AM at Saint John's Episcopal Church, corner of Main and Cross Streets in Essex. Burial will be private in the Centerbrook Cemetery.
