Obituary of Marie F. Wollock

Marie F. (Haglund) Wollock, 87, of Deep River passed away suddenly on December 19, 2012 at Hartford Hospital. Beloved and devoted wife of Paul J. Wollock for the past 63 years. Marie was born in Middletown, daughter of the late Earl & Mary Haglund. She married Paul in 1949 in Middletown and together they moved to Deep River to start their life together. Marie was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Church in Chester, an avid polka dancer, member of the Deep River Fife & Drum Auxiliary and will be remembered as tireless caregiver to both her husband and grandson. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughters; Sandra Wollock of Essex and Patricia Hazuka of Deep River, her grandchildren Jason, Patrick & Nicole. Marie was predeceased by her seven brothers & sisters and her grandson Michael. Visiting hours will be Saturday from 9:30 – 11:30am at Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St. Centerbrook. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Church, Middlesex Ave., Chester at 12 noon. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery. To share a memory of Marie please visit rwwfh.com.
