I was very lucky to meet Virginia about 4 years ago when Alison called my consignment shop. She asked if I would consider making a house call to her sister's at Essex Meadows. I did and from my very first 3 hour appointment (visit)with Dr. Bird there was a special connection....I looked forward to Virginia's call to pick a few things up to sell at Peonies. Our appointments were never short. We would start talking and before either one of us knew it a few hours had passed. There are many things about being one of the previous owners of the shop that I am grateful for. One of the biggest was my time with Virginia.
