Obituary of Susan Gemske

Susan (Pulcini) Gemske, 58, of Lancaster, PA, formerly of Deep River passed away suddenly at her home on October 8, 2014. Beloved wife of John P. Gemske. She was born in Middletown, CT, daughter of Domenic P. Pulcini Jr. of Deep River and the late Constance (Berchulski) Pulcini. Susan was raised in Deep River, graduated from Valley Regional High School, class of 1974 went on the cosmetology school in Branford and worked at various salons in Connecticut until 1991. She and John moved to Lancaster in 2002, where she enjoyed wildlife and her cats. In addition to her husband and father, Susan is survived by her brothers; Edward L. Pulcini and Domenic P. Pulcini III both of Deep River. Visitation for Susan will be 2-4pm on Sunday at Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St. Centerbrook. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Church, Chester on Monday at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Fountain Hill Cemetery, Deep River.
