Obituary of Leah P. Coleman

Leah P. (Rowe) Coleman, 49, of Old Saybrook died suddenly July 21, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Devoted and loving mother of Kyle M. Casner & George Jessie Tasillo both of Old Saybrook. Leah was born in Middletown, daughter of Betty(Horn) Clore of Old Saybrook and the late Robert Rowe .Leah graduated from Daniel Hand High School in Madison in 1981, she worked as a bartender at many area restaurants including the Chowder Pot and more recently at the VFW Post in Old Saybrook, she was a motorcycle enthusiast, loved to camp, garden and tend to her flowers. Most of all she will be remembered as having a big heart and a great Mom. Leah is also survived by her siblings; Sharon Tiezzi of Old Saybrook, Edward J. Reynolds III of Apache Junction, AZ, Deborah Furlo of Port St. Lucie, FL and Robert Reynolds of Guilford. Visitation will be held at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St. Centerbrook on Sunday, July 28th from 2-4pm. A celebration of life reception will follow at 5pm at the VFW Post #10153, 315 Essex Rd., Old Saybrook. Interment will be private.
