David my friend, I really can't believe you're gone. We had so many good times. Too many to mention. I will be there for Rita and offer support and take Rusty out to pee and poop. I still don't like the Yankees!

Losing David so unexpectedly has made me feel so empty, so sad. David was such a big part of our lives and we loved him dearly. Phil and I are grateful to have shared so many life experiences with David and Rita, two very special people. David will be forever missed.... Love, Leigh PS Be sure to tap on Photos on the “home” page to see a photo of David and Phil, and also to read Phil’s tribute.

Rita I am so sorry to read about David's passing. I have fond memories of working with both you and David at Essex Meadows. David always had a smile or funny comment when he'd pass by the front desk. The residents loved him. Always so helpful.
May God give you and your family strength as you grieve and may the memories of times shared bring you comfort.

I have loved David since we served together on the Board of Deacons at Deep River Congregational Church. He was a very good Deacon, always going above what was required. It is hard to say goodbye to such a sweet friend. John and I send our condolences to the Dickinson and Thorpe family. Arlene Macmillan

Horrified by the sad news. By far, one of the Good Guys. I can still see his calm smile as I walked into Moravella's. Ninety percent of the time when I drove by the house he'd be walking that dog. Grateful for the chance to spend time with Dave and the family in Cape May. Grateful to have known the whole family since 1970. My deepest condolences to Rita. Dave, thank you for your service, you were a hero.
