I was lucky enough to have briefly worked with Carol forty years ago at the Sibley Company. I didn't know her well and we weren't friends, but we did spend a lot of time together and she made an indelible impression on me: sweet, kind, pretty, funny, and smart! We were so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. She was a lovely person and a most valued American Legion Auxiliary member of Unit 156. I only met her a few years ago when I was a District Commander for District 7. She was so welcoming to everyone who visited Post 156. It seemed she volunteered whenever she was needed.
